HT Sequencing and Analysis Services
Cellecta shRNA libraries contain bar codes compatible with the Illumina HT Sequencing platform. For laboratories needing support for this analysis, Cellecta can provide HT Sequencing and Bar-Code Enumeration of samples. For this service, laboratories merely need to provide us with frozen cell pellets after screening, Cellecta will extract genomic DNA, amplify shRNA-specific bar-codes, generate HT sequence, and enumerate bar-codes from raw sequencing data. Cellecta can also provide additional bioinformatics and pathway analysis if desired.
