Pre-Designed, Validated Pooled Lentiviral shRNA Libraries Second generation validated pooled shRNA libraries developed at Cellecta are created using proprietary software for in silico prediction of functional shRNAs, a database of validated shRNA, and optimized designs of both expression vectors and shRNA.
