To request a quote or place an order for a custom or pre-designed pooled lentiviral shRNA library, contact us by email at sales@cellecta.com or by phone at toll-free at 877-938-3910 and let us know your requirements. Please refer to the list below for the choices available. We would be happy to discuss the details of the project either by phone or in person, and we will prepare a quotation and contract research agreement for your approval.
- Any set of genes (e.g. cell, cancer, signaling pathway, biological process, or apoptosis-specific) (custom only)
- Redundancy (number of shRNAs per gene), with RefSeq accession numbers (Cellecta can provide help if needed) (custom only)
- Cloning vector from Cellecta, or supply your own (vectors which require custom service licensing fees will require an additional down payment)
- Single or dual markers: GFP, RFP, PuroR, BleoR, or other
- Marker promoter: CMV, EF1, PGK, UbiC or other
- shRNA promoter: H1 or U6
- Tet-regulated or non-regulated shRNA expression
Cellecta will design the set of shRNAs using our proprietary algorithm (custom only), construct the plasmid library in any vector, perform Q.C. by sequence analysis, package into pseudoviral particles, and send you the plasmid and/or packaged pooled shRNA library. Depending on the complexity, validation, and vector, the delivery time will range from 2 to 4 months. Price depends on several factors, including length of oligos, titer, whether the hits are known genes (described in the literature) or novel genes, vector modifications required, etc. Standard oligo shRNA libraries are designed by Cellecta, target known genes, and have standard titers of 1 — 10 × 106 ifu/ml.

- Oligos Only (compatible with customer-supplied vector): 8-12 weeks
- Plasmid shRNA Library Construction (in Cellecta vector): 10-12 weeks

NOTE: If customization of oligo is desired, delivery time will be 6-8 weeks, and 5 pmol of oligos will be provided. - Plasmid shRNA Library Construction (in Cellecta vector): 4-6 weeks
- Plasmid + Packaged Library (in Cellecta vector): 6-8 weeks
