The Supplementary Primer Sets provide an additional 12 indexing primers for use with the NGS Prep Kits. When used with the corresponding NGS Prep Kit, the supplemental primers enable multiplexing of an additional 12 samples, for a total of 24 samples when combined with indexes in the standard kit.
