Tet-inducible non-targeting sgRNA control in a lentiviral vector (no Cas9). The tet-inducible U6 promoter drives sgRNA expression and is responsive to the tetracycline analog doxocycline. Vector is available with either GFP or RFP fluorescence and puro selection.
